Born in 1988, Kornkarn is a Thai classical and contemporary dancer. She has worked with Pichet Klunchun Dance Company since 2008. She represents a new generation of dance artists who wants to bridge the gap between tradition and contemporary dance. In 2015, she launches her solo dance in Thailand. She has collaborated with directors and dance artists from Southeast Asia. She participated in a six-month fellowship program where she joined the in the International Choreographers Residency Program at the American Dance Festival in Summer 2017 and observed contemporary dance in the U.S. At the moment, Kornkarn also works for Chang Theatre, an alliance of Pichet Klunchun Dance Company.
